How Exactly a Third-Party Cookie Creates a Problem:

Third-party cookies are pieces of data that are saved in your web browser by the website you are currently visiting but their origin is on another domain. ADS – SERVICES use this data with the purpose of achieving the target. By using your browsing data, searches and history this third parties achieve their target. They can also store your browsing history across the web site that uses ad service. The other problems due to this third party are they increase ads content  and they slow down your PC and browsing speed. This third party are the persons who try to full fill your need. For example if you are browsing for some product they take it as an advantage and provide you different type of product for which you are searching. They make use of your history to achieve their target and full fill your and there need.
